Currently, Adventists hold 28 fundamental beliefs. In each teaching, God is the architect, who in wisdom, grace and infinite love, is restoring a relationship with humanity that will last for eternity. Click here to download a PDF of our 28 Fundamental Beliefs PDF which constitute the church’s understanding and expression of the teaching of Scripture.

The Greater Randolph Seventh-day Adventist Church is part of a worldwide, mission-minded family of over twenty-one million believers, established in 1863. Collectively, we are united in mission, purpose and belief. Locally, our church was founded in 1978 in Schertz, Texas (NE San Antonio).

Our Mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His loving witnesses and proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel of the Three Angels’ Messages in preparation for His soon return (Matt 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Rev 14:6-12). We accomplish this through Christ-like living, healing, serving, proclaiming, teaching, and training.

If you love the unadulterated Word of God and want a solid biblical foundation for your faith and family, then Great Randolph is the place to be. We invite you along this journey as we follow Jesus wherever He leads, eagerly to share Him wherever we go, and are ready to meet Him whenever He comes! I look forward to meeting you at our next Service at 101 Pecan Dr. Schertz, Texas 78154.

To accomplish this, we espouse a three-prong Discipleship Framework called, CONNECT. All our members seek to live out this simple, yet powerful lifestyle ethos in just three steps/approaches: Connect with Christ. Connect with Church. Connect with Community.

What does Jesus' death on the cross mean in my life and how do I accept Jesus into my life?

When you accept Christ’s death, as a gift, you become a child of God. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). “To all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God” (John 1: 12 RSV). If you would like to receive Christ into your life right now, follow these simple steps:

  • Recognize you must die. “The wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23).
  • Realize you cannot save yourself. “Without Me (God) you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
  • Repent and confess to God that you are a sinner. “All have sinned…” (Romans 3:23).
  • Believe Jesus died for your sins. “For God so loved the world that He gave…” (John 3:16).
  • Believe that Jesus forgives you of sin. “If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9)
  • Believe that you have eternal life. “He who believes in Me has everlasting life” (John 6:47).
Do you also go on mission tirps or support global missions?

Yes. That's part of our discipleship strategy and the heart of the Great Commission. We partner with several organizations, ministries, and Churches/conferences to do mission trips, training, medical missionary work, evangelism, and church planting.
