EMPLOYMENT OFFER FOR MUSIC DIRECTOR
The Greater Randolph SDA Church in Schertz, Texas is seeking to hire a Music Director to lead a ministry that includes a praise team, multimedia, and other music programs. The primary purpose of the Music Ministry is to glorify God by proclaiming the Everlasting Gospel of Jesus Christ in the context of the Three Angels Messages of Revelation 14. This is done by enhancing and leading the congregation in participation in meaningful weekly praise and worship and to provide ministry outlets for those interested in music and media opportunities of the Church.
The Music Director will work closely with the Pastor and in consultation with other departmental leaders and is expected to accompany praise team rehearsals (as needed) and arrangements during Sabbath morning worship services. The Music Director will also collaborate with the membership to provide music for special programs, holiday events, and evangelistic series designed to exhort the church and reach our community for Christ.

Weekly. Negotiable. Based on experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Have at least 2 years of demonstrated musical experience in church worship service settings.
Be supportive of the mission and vision of Greater Randolph Church.
Have/show mutual respect for church doctrines, policies, and procedures.
*Be able to conduct music in-person on Saturdays between 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
Provide music across generational spectrums, ages, and backgrounds.
Be a baptized Christian and regularly connected with Church.
